Returns & Exchanges
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery from your order page. Items should be unused, in original condition, with tags intact, unless the product page or checkout says otherwise.
Customised, intimate, or final-sale items may not be returnable.
Open the order in your account and choose Return items. Select the pieces and quantities, then submit. We arrange a pickup and email you when the return is received and the refund starts.
Exchanges are not a form on the account page. Write to support with your order number and the size or style you need. The same 7-day window applies.
